Job Overview

Stranger Soccer is a fast-growing company in Singapore with an innovative platform and mobile app for on-demand football. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our flagship business.


As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with the City Manager and a small team to oversee the management of inventory and revenue, customer experience, and service initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated and hospitality-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and Revenue Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, monitor revenue streams, and implement strategies to optimize sales.
  • Customer Experience and Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service standards and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ad Hoc Initiatives: Collaborate with the City Manager to identify and implement new initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Possess relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Customer Service: Show a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork: Be a friendly and positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience working overseas, international companies, or within the hospitality industry would be beneficial.

Benefits
  • Virtual Position: The role will be based virtually with occasional travel to Singapore.
  • Compensation: A competitive salary package of PHP20,000.00 - PHP30,000.00 per month will be offered.
