Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic development and implementation of efficient systems, driving scalable growth across diverse operational functions.
  • Directly manage a high-performing team of 4-8 operations specialists, providing expert guidance and performance management to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and dynamic remote work culture, identifying and onboarding top talent as the company continues to grow.

Financial Acumen:

  • Lead financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounting, A/R management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with external advisors to maintain regulatory compliance and drive informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, budgeting processes, and annual planning processes to propel business success.

Operational Innovation & Systems:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge back-office processes that empower professional services and sales teams to focus on client delivery and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations Technologists to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management, driving operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies through KPI development, reporting systems, and operational analytics.

Consultant & Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers, coordinating projects in areas outside direct expertise.
  • Evaluate and onboard new service providers as business needs evolve, ensuring seamless integration.
