Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to assume the role of Project Director. This individual will be responsible for leading various projects aimed at enhancing organizational operations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership:
  • Direct and manage multiple projects focused on process improvements, marketing initiatives, and operational enhancements.
  • Oversight of project execution, from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Development and monitoring of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Maintenance of alignment between marketing and operational objectives.
Automation Strategy:
  • Identification and implementation of automation tools and systems to streamline workflows, communication, and marketing processes.
  • Automation of administrative tasks, data collection, and reporting using tools such as CRM systems, email marketing automation, and project management platforms.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of automation-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Staying current with new automation trends and tools to ensure adoption of the most efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the non-profit sector.
  • Proven expertise in integrating automation tools and processes in marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant software platforms, including Circle.so and GiveButter.
