About the Role:

The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of internal and external processes, requiring strategic thinking to optimize workflows, coordinate teams, and foster a collaborative culture.

This role oversees daily operations, implements process improvements, develops operational policies, aligns teams on goals, serves as liaison with external stakeholders, organizes meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.

Additionally, this role leads high-priority projects, meets deadlines, uses project management tools like Asana or Trello, reports project outcomes to leadership, assists with resource planning, manages vendor relations and contracts, oversees expenses within budget, ensures regulatory compliance, monitors and mitigates operational risks, contributes to operational strategy development, supports scaling efforts and resource allocation, and refines processes for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Manage daily operations, ensure efficient workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and enforce operational policies
Team Coordination:
  • Align engineering, marketing, and product teams on goals
  • Serve as liaison with external stakeholders
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
Project Management:
  • Lead high-priority projects, meeting deadlines
  • Use tools like Asana or Trello for tracking
  • Report project outcomes to leadership
Resource and Vendor Management:
  • Assist with resource planning and budgeting
  • Manage vendor relations and contracts
  • Oversee expenses within budget
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks
Strategy and Growth:
  • Contribute to operational strategy development
  • Support scaling efforts and resource allocation
  • Refine processes for growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in operations or project management
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana and Slack
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Knowledge of blockchain/DeFi, especially the Solana ecosystem, is preferred
