
Global Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:
We seek an accomplished professional to fill a key role in shaping our company's human resources department. This is a fantastic opportunity to create and maintain a comprehensive HR function.
- Provide essential support by responding to queries and requests from colleagues regarding their employment and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and timely records within our HR information system, ensuring seamless processing of all team member changes and new joiners.
- Owning projects with global impact (e.g. engagement, training or culture initiatives)
- Collaborating closely with managers and employees - supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy for assigned areas of responsibility
- Working as a true partner to colleagues across different regions, particularly leads, managers, and executives
- Processing new hires, including necessary country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, systems setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
- Providing assistance to employees during benefits enrollment and processing, along with the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly data.
- Liaising with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments.
- Issuing purchase orders for internal departments.
- Offering administrative support to employees during benefits enrollment and processing.
- Conducting regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and GDPR compliant.
This role requires a track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
- Internship experience working in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- The ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Self-motivation and results-orientation with a clear focus on accuracy.
- A high level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
- A flexible attitude and ease of adaptability to change.
- Willingness to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
