ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client business needs, working closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
