Représentant Service à la Clientèle Bilingue

Nous recherchons un représentant service à la clientèle bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez la première personne avec qui nos clients entrent en contact lorsqu'ils rencontrent un problème.
Votre rôle est essentiel : vous devez écouter les préoccupations des clients, proposer des solutions efficaces et assurer un suivi pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Parlez aux clients par téléphone, par courriel ou par clavardage pour répondre à leurs questions ou préoccupations.
- Documentez et mettez à jour avec précision les dossiers des clients dans le système informatique.
- Proposez des produits ou des services aux clients, si approprié.
- Rester calme et serviable même lorsque vous traitez avec des clients mécontents.
- Faites remonter les plaintes des clients et/ou appelez votre gestionnaire au besoin.
- Fournissez des commentaires et des recommandations à votre gestionnaire sur les façons dont l'entreprise peut s'améliorer.
- Effectuez d'autres tâches assignées par votre équipe de direction.
