Customer Service Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls in English and Spanish, ensuring that all interactions are clear, concise, and meet our high standards.
- Communication: Provide accurate and timely communication to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using precise language and attention to detail.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary, ensuring that customers receive prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Bilingual Fluency: Must possess fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong Communication: Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

This role operates in a professional office environment. You will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
