Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Verification Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for confirming lead interest, forwarding qualified inquiries, accurately updating leads, securely handling customer information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices.

Responsibilities
  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest in our luxury brand's solutions.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Accurately update and categorize leads within our system, maintaining data integrity.
  • Securely handle customers' sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments.
Requirements
  • Fluent German and English language proficiency, with C1 written and spoken skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing is essential.
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads, demonstrating excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Attentive to details, with strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) are required for remote work setup.
