Credentialing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Ensure accurate and timely management of applications, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
- Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
- Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging process and facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
- Reporting and Process Contribution: Generate credentialing reports and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
- Collaborative & Independent Contribution: Proven ability to work within a team environment and manage tasks independently.
- Administrative Acumen: A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
