We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing and logging incoming support requests via phone, email or internal systems.

As the first point of contact, you will document and route support tickets to Level 2 teams in a timely manner, ensuring all tickets are created within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as initial contact for healthcare users seeking technical support.
  • Receive, review, and log incoming support requests.
  • Create detailed support tickets capturing relevant information for timely resolution.
  • Communicate with end-users to clarify issues.
  • Route tickets efficiently to Level 2 or specialized support teams.
  • Maintain professional communication with clinical staff in time-sensitive situations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment, providing IT helpdesk or customer support services.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals and understanding their support needs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or medical terminology is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
