The Role: Lead Generation Specialist

Join our team as we are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful professional to support our outbound sales efforts within the education management industry.

This role involves identifying and enriching lead data, confirming contact details of decision-makers, organizing and logging qualified leads into our CRM, and assigning them to the appropriate representatives based on specific criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive online research to identify potential clients across the USA.
  • Locate and verify names, email addresses, phone numbers, and organizational details using a combination of online tools, directories, and public records.
Lead Creation & Logging
  • Create new lead entries in our CRM with complete and accurate information.
  • Ensure proper formatting and tagging of leads for segmentation by location, industry, and size.
Data Verification & Outreach
  • Professionally engage Companies via cold-calling to verify the accuracy of contact details.
  • Record call outcomes and update our CRM accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or a sales operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience working with sales outreach tools.
