Key Responsibilities

  • Contact submitted leads to confirm their interest and validate their requirements.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the relevant retailer, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads in the system, categorizing them effectively.
  • Handle customers' sensitive information with utmost care and professionalism.
  • Apply best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on our clients' products and services to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing.
  • Proven track record of effective communication with and follow-up on leads.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Positive attitude and responsible work ethic.
  • Personal laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand.
