Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Possess a personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Ensure a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
