About Imtenan Group:

Imtenan is a Egyptian Brand focused on the production and retail sale of nutritional and healthy products including natural foods, diet, energy, immunity and skin-care products, as well as nutritional supplements essential for various chronic medical conditions.

Imtenan started as a premium quality bee honey brand in 1982. The company is the 1st to introduce

the Health Store Concept in Egypt, and the first Imtenan Health Shop was founded in 2005.

Now Imtenan has over 350 nutritional products available inside our specialized Health Food Stores and Corners available in 52 locations all over Egypt. There are also selected product ranges available in all major supermarkets and pharmacy chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive technical support for Windows operating systems.

-Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and printers.

-Administer user accounts, access rights, and shared permissions.

-Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.

-Manage and secure network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches.

-Set up user profiles and handle password-related issues.

-Support data backup processes and assist in data recovery when needed.

-Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee hardware/software lifecycle.

-Preferably familiar with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.

-Deliver both remote and on-site technical support across company locations.

-Monitor daily performance of IT systems and ensure smooth operations.

-Follow internal IT procedures and manuals in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-1–3 years of experience in IT operations or technical support.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

-Excellent time management and self-development skills.

-CCNA and MCSE certifications are preferable.
