This is a high-profile role within the Commercial Sales Enablement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across our global sales enablement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, especially within sales enablement or commercial operations, and advanced proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
The role involves leading and coordinating enablement projects, maintaining and optimizing our Monday.com platform, establishing a consistent documentation framework, and working closely with various teams to ensure enablement projects are aligned with strategic goals.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and innovative professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, who can drive initiatives efficiently and collaborate effectively with others.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management Excellence: Lead and coordinate enablement projects across the CSE team and wider commercial organisation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met with precision.
- Monday.com Ownership: Maintain and optimise our Monday.com platform as the central hub for project tracking, team collaboration, and reporting.
- Documentation Methodology Champion: Establish and enforce a consistent documentation framework across all CSE initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Commercial Development teams.
- Impactful Communication: Create engaging updates, dashboards, and reports that highlight progress, surface risks, and celebrate wins.
- Solid background in project management, especially within sales enablement or commercial operations
- Advanced proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Good skills in dashboard updates for senior executives
- Skilled in creating structure, clarity, and consistency in documentation and workflows
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives efficiently
- A collaborative spirit and an interest in enabling others to succeed
- Advanced English language skills
