Enablement Specialist

Acquire BPO is a dynamic organization that empowers employees to deliver exceptional services. As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing sales enablement support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enablement programs to enhance sales performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
