  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, resources, and training programs to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and product positioning guides.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, collateral, and demand generation.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue expansion.
  • Support account expansion strategies, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with customer success and account managers.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics) to streamline workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback from the sales team and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
