Job Title

A Sales Enablement Specialist is needed to create and deliver sales enablement content.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    • Create learning sequences that map to new hire onboarding, product offerings, channel partnerships, sales processes, and core sales skills.
    • Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
    • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and meets learning objectives.
  • Learning Management System Administration
    • Administer and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance sales team performance.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the LMS.
    • Enroll users in appropriate training programs and track their progress.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and training content.
    • Generate reports on learner progress, course completion, and other key metrics.
  • Sales Content Management
    • Administer and maintain the platform for usability and access to internal and external sales materials.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency using LMS platforms.
    • Experience with e-learning authoring tools.
    • Experience with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
    • Proficiency with SharePoint for content management and delivery.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Other responsibilities
    • Develop a strong understanding of the go-to-market strategy and messaging.
    • Achieve high-quality standards on delivered programs.
Qualifications
  • Communication: Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Dedication: A dedicated individual who can drive results is essential.
  • Instructional Design: Ability to break down complex problems into simplified and organized solutions.
Preferred Competencies
  • 5+ years of experience creating and delivering sales enablement content.
  • Experience administrating a learning management system.
  • Experience with video and content editing software.
  • Knowledge of the networking, security, and software sales market.
