Customer Engagement Expert Opportunity

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving their inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls.

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine the cause of an issue and select the best solution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and follow-ups to ensure issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • English is your primary language, with secondary languages being a plus.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
