Sales Engagement Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to excel in customer engagement and sales, connecting with parents and prospective students to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Conversion: Achieve consistent daily call targets to book trial lessons and follow up on leads from various channels.
- Enrolment Success: Contact families after trial lessons to secure enrolments and provide programme information.
- Customer Retention: Engage with families requesting withdrawal, understand concerns, and offer solutions to encourage continuation.
- Package Upgrading: Interact with existing students and parents to recommend upgraded lesson packages or programmes that support musical progress.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrolment and retention goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with parents, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets.
