About the Role

This position plays a vital part in advancing our movement. It involves creating and implementing strategies to engage distribution/sales partners, fostering strong relationships and driving product adoption. This role ensures that distributors are well-equipped to increase product and distributor activation.

  • Developing strategies to engage sales teams and drive product adoption.
  • Creating proposition-based content, mainly focused on ensuring distribution enablement.
  • Collaborating with sales and training teams to roll out product-related initiatives.
  • Developing proposition-based sales materials to empower sales teams with product knowledge.
  • Conducting market scans to ensure products remain competitive.
  • Working closely with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across customer and distributor touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribution Engagement Initiatives
  • Developing and implementing strategies to engage distribution/sales partners and drive product adoption.
  • Testing and implementing distributor education and engagement tactics to improve activation and maximize adoption.
  • Designing and delivering product refreshers on a quarterly basis, based on business needs/areas of focus.
  • Providing support to equip distributors to update customers on the impact of market movements to their policies.
Content Creation
  • Crafting compelling, customer-focused content that clearly communicates the value proposition of our products/services, including presentations and marketing collateral.
Product Launch Collaboration
  • Partnering with the sales and training team to create and roll out product launch initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and team preparedness.
  • Developing content for product launches in partnership with Product Marketing: product video, product client presentation, etc.
Sales Tools Development
  • Designing user-friendly sales tools, ready reckoners, and cheat sheets to empower sales teams with clear, concise resources.
  • Developing proposition-based product training materials for distributors, covering product features/benefits, as well as how to position/sell product.
  • Conducting train-the-trainer sessions on product and usage of product kits.
  • Conducting training in key areas needed.
Competitive Benchmarking and Surveys
  • Conducting regular competitive analysis and market surveys to scan the market landscape, ensuring our strategies remain informed and competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Working closely with Product Tribe, Sales, BPI AIA, and Training teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across customer and distributor touchpoints.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, content, and market insights, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Tracking performance of new product launches and identifying areas for improvement in distribution.
  • Monitoring agent activation on product following launch.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field.
  • Min 5 years experience in product management, marketing, training, sales, business development.
  • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.
