Job Description

A Channel Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering revenue objectives, market segmentation, motivational resources, and harmonious collaboration between channel businesses and internal sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth, achieving targets and KPIs aligned with business expansion and new ventures.
  • Strategically manage existing projects for Cisco, ensuring their continued success and alignment with company goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Regional VisMin Cisco Account Managers, fostering seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Nurture local and regional reseller partnerships in the Vismin region, working closely to achieve set targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support internal sales in account administration, facilitating efficient management and communication.

Channel and Customer Support
  • Maintain channels and customers informed about product-related information, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Coordinate training, marketing, business development, and product management efforts to provide exceptional support to customers.
