Job DescriptionManage and expand business through channel partners, including system integrators and distributors. Drive sales growth by developing and implementing programs with focus distributors to improve base business. Conduct market research in the Philippines to identify opportunities for channel expansion.

Acquire, onboard, and train new channel partners, ensuring successful partner engagement. Co-develop business opportunities with channel partners through promotions and business programs. Foster and maintain strong relationships between distributors and channel partners.

Register and manage distributor projects, ensuring proper support and coordination. Continuously develop the channel partner ecosystem to drive long-term growth. The Successful ApplicantA successful Channel Sales Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related field.

Extensive experience in managing distributors and channel partners. Previous experience as an Account Manager or Channel Account Manager in IT distribution with nationwide reach is preferred. Strong relationship-building and persuasive communication skills.
