Call Center Team Lead

WeAnswer Call Center Services is looking for an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage our dispatch team and cold calling department. This individual will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring accurate order processing and tracking, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in dispatch management or a similar role within a BPO, logistics, or customer service environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to meet performance targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to track KPIs, analyze reports, and implement performance improvement strategies.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to align dispatch operations with company goals and objectives.
