Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Workforce Management/Real Time Analyst to join our team at Transcom Worldwide Philippines, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact center operations and be able to analyze data to optimize service levels and staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all call center traffic to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements.
  • Provide real-time and historical data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with call center supervisors and managers to adjust forecasted intraday call volume, AHT, and staffing.
  • Implement load-balancing through skill-based routing systems.
Requirements:
  • Preferably a college graduate or at least a secondary school diploma.
  • At least 3 years of related contact center experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year traffic management experience in a complex skills-based routing environment.
  • Good understanding of basic contact center metrics and overall contact center operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
