Financial Management Position

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced financial manager to join our dynamic clean energy organization. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the sustainable energy sector while handling complex financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive accounts payable operations through Bill.com platform with approval workflows
  • Handle accounts receivable management and customer billing processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date QuickBooks records for all financial transactions
  • Create and maintain detailed depreciation schedules for high-value fixed assets
  • Execute thorough monthly closing procedures including fixed asset reporting
  • Perform complex reconciliation of thousands of monthly transactions, matching software-generated reports against actual cash receipts

The ideal candidate will have proven proficiency with Bill.com platform, advanced Excel skills, solid experience with fixed asset management, and previous financial management experience. The ability to work independently and manage high-volume transaction processing is essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency with Bill.com platform for payables management
  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets, complex formulas, and sophisticated reconciliation processes
  • Solid experience with fixed asset management and depreciation schedule creation
  • Previous financial management experience, preferably with US-based clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume transaction processing
