Job Title: Executive Financial Administrator

Job Description:

We seek an accomplished and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Executive Financial Administrator. This individual will provide support in both financial operations and executive-level administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Duties:
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Verify compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Executive Support Duties:
    • Coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and reports.
    • Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
    • Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and executive support roles.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
