Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to serve as a Financial Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial management, accounting, and executive support.

This role involves managing financial reports, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and administrative tasks. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses using advanced software
  • Utilizing data analysis tools for budgeting and forecasting
  • Handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations
  • Providing administrative support to the CFO, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and organizing emails
