Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The role of the Chief Financial Officer is crucial in supporting business decision-making through effective management accounting, budgeting, and cost planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the finance and accounting department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to Execom and Department Heads, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day revenue management, including client costing, transaction processing, and other related tasks.
  • Analyze data to inform pricing and profitability decisions, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts, ensuring timely completion of reports.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support Department Heads and DBMs in budget preparation, expense management, and other financial matters.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Admin and Finance teams.
