Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to serve as our Chief Administrative Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex tasks and ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including monitoring business listings and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence that showcases exceptional English grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
