About the Role
  • Develop and maintain operational tools, processes, and reports to drive business outcomes
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the team
  • Implement and improve automations, trackers, and templates to enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive alignment and coordination
  • Analyze data to inform reporting and insights that drive business decisions
  • Support change management, documentation, and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to audit planning and execution to ensure compliance and risk management
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration
  • Self-motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for process improvement

  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies to drive business outcomes
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tooling to streamline operations
