Job Title: Leads Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and systems-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our department. This role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are consistently updated, and departmental performance runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, accountability, and operational structure within the department. They will be responsible for supervising and mentoring team members, assigning daily workloads, monitoring completion rates, and tracking attendance.

Cross-departmental coordination is also essential, as they will collaborate with other teams to ensure timely task handoffs and facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for verifying payroll data, maintaining department calendars, trackers, and communication logs, and providing weekly operations updates.

Key qualifications include at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations, with experience managing a remote team, particularly in a digital or marketing setting. Familiarity with project management tools, Google Workspace, and exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills are also required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable internet and power backup
  • Ability to work during EST business hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST.
