Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Director of Operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and liaise with executive team members to make decisions on operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Provide strategic plans to ensure the smooth progress of daily operations.
  • Direct functional directors and program managers on planning and execution, providing constructive feedback for continuous personal development.
  • Evaluate periodically the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Implement, manage, and evaluate operational processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing both internal and external operations, with experience in directing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.

They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • More than 10 years of experience as a Site Director or Sr Director of Operations in a BPO or shared services center.
  • Proven experience in managing both internal (in-house) and external (remote - work from home) operations.
