Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Patient Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist patients with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collect outstanding patient balances in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with third-party entities, such as insurance companies, to resolve patient account queries.
  • Make outbound collection calls according to procedure and Departmental standards.
  • Cross-train on tasks assigned to the team to ensure continuity and support during peak periods.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling protected health information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting Department and Company goals and policies.
  • Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality, maintaining a good attendance record and adhering to work schedules.
