We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Patient Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Assist patients with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collect outstanding patient balances in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with third-party entities, such as insurance companies, to resolve patient account queries.
- Make outbound collection calls according to procedure and Departmental standards.
- Cross-train on tasks assigned to the team to ensure continuity and support during peak periods.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling protected health information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting Department and Company goals and policies.
- Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality, maintaining a good attendance record and adhering to work schedules.
