Respond to phone calls, emails, and faxes concerning patient care.

Gather comprehensive data on the patient's presenting issues and medical history for providers' clinical decision-making.

Manage and comply with provider orders within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to adhere to regulatory standards.

Facilitate medication refill requests from patients, home health agencies, pharmacies, and physicians.

Provide patient education on medication regimens, diagnostic test results, and various health concerns.

Work collaboratively with patients, home health agencies, and other healthcare entities to address and coordinate patient care needs.

Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions with patients and healthcare agencies.

Review and address incoming faxes and written communications from home health agencies, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other agencies about patient medical needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
