DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managed and confirms appointments of patients
  • Insurance Verification of clients
  • Answering Inbound and doing Outbound calls
  • Setting up appointments of new patients
  • Medical records release
  • Familiarizing yourself with and remaining up-to-date with changes with clinic plans and tariffs.
  • Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
  • Answering telephone and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
  • Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
  • Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered.
  • Advising members of outstanding co-payments.
  • Providing extant and prospective members with the details of network providers.
  • Canceling members' plans upon their request, or due to recurrent non-payment, if directed by your line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year experience doing the following duties and responsibilities
  • With experience in Dentrix and Weave is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift and as an Independent Contractor
  • Candidate must have their own equipment and stable internet connection to permanently work from home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
