Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking highly motivated and bilingual customer service representatives to provide exceptional support and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, are proficient in Spanish and English, and have experience working in contact centers.

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of assigned brands' products, procedures, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to offer support, provide answers, and present customer insights and trends
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 12 months of contact center experience within the last 2 years
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English
  • 1 year of work experience as a Spanish Bilingual in BPO or customer service industry
  • Language proficiency at a B2 level
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform all duties of the job while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of time
