Customer Service Representative Job

Job Description:

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, providing excellent customer support through various communication channels.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Provide consultation services and generate leads through effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Active Campaign to track customer interactions and improve overall service quality.
  • Work closely with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs.
  • Perform accurate data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in the system.
  • Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, including the ability to understand a variety of accents. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is also beneficial.

  • English and French fluency are required.
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency are essential for success in this role.
  • General computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service platforms are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a fast, reliable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps) is necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an asset.

  • Minimum: 6 GB of dedicated RAM/memory; Recommended: 12 GB or more.
  • Minimum: 16-inch monitor; Recommended: 18+ inches.
  • Multiple monitors are a plus for productivity.
