In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team members to provide support and guidance to customers.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in both French and English, with a minimum language proficiency of B2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficiency in French and English, with a minimum language proficiency of B2
