Job Description
Fleet & Backroom Training and Onboarding (Cagayan Valley) is a critical role that requires a trainer with experience in logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and be able to develop and deliver effective training programs for delivery partners.

The job involves providing training for new delivery partners, ensuring they are aware of the latest procedures and systems used by Shopee. This includes coordinating with operations teams to ensure compliance with training requirements and highlighting any non-compliant issues. The role also involves organizing and conducting face-to-face or virtual training sessions, scheduling them properly, and conducting tests to confirm comprehension of trainees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs for delivery partners
* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure compliance with training requirements
* Organize and conduct face-to-face or virtual training sessions
* Schedule training sessions properly
* Conduct tests to confirm comprehension of trainees

Requirements:
* Experience as a trainer in logistics operations
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to manage and control the attention of a group of trainees
* At least 2 years of college education
* Proficiency in using Google Office Suite and/or Microsoft Office
