The Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila.
  • As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the set-up and training process of our innovative GoHighLevel CRM platform.
  • You will provide hands-on support and training to help clients unlock the full potential of the platform.
  • Your role is crucial in driving the success of our clients and the overall growth of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively manage the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide detailed records of client interactions and onboarding progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, with proficiency in GoHighLevel a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
