  3. Design, build, execute, and assess all learning programs.
  4. Serve as a Learning Business Partner and actively engage customers to help cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Evaluate existing curricula for effectiveness and instructional soundness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a Learning Professional role.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Business Consulting, ADDIE, Successive Approximation Model, Adult Learning Principles, and Kirkpatrick.
  • Experience in effective learning program evaluation, measurement, and reporting.
  • Full understanding of the various business units within Operations and their specific training requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, various customers, including senior management, subject matter experts, and external partners.
