  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Smartly's products and services, providing valuable insights and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal onboarding solutions, streamlining customer workflows and optimizing efficiency.
  • Take ownership of technical execution, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing partnership with Smartly.
  • Create visually appealing presentations using Google Slides to communicate onboarding plans, training sessions, and account strategies to customers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years digital experience ideally in a social media role.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong project management skills.
