Contingent Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to work as contingent contact center agents in response to disaster relief efforts. As a contact center agent, you will provide effective solutions to customer inquiries using the latest customer service techniques and account management systems.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with service inquiries
- Develop a strong understanding of common requests and solutions
- Contribute to improving customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Utilize our advanced service techniques and systems to deliver efficient solutions
- Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Degree in any field or equivalent experience
- Superior organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- High level of reliability with ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer retention
- Customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Excellent team orientation and customer focus
