We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support services.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and instant messages to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and organize documentation to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of verified experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2C or B2B context.
  • Proficient English language skills, achieving at least a B2 proficiency level, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management competencies, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
