We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at RecruiterPH. This role involves driving business development initiatives that support our company's growth objectives.
About the JobThis position will be working with a world leader in soils, structures, and nuclear sectors headquartered in France.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a competitive compensation package.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research: Identify potential customers, industry trends, and emerging technologies that align with our capabilities.
Develop business strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business development strategies that support our growth objectives.
Build relationships: Work closely with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
Technical knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products or services, as well as an understanding of how these solutions can solve customer problems.
Project management: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process and oversee business development initiatives.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Project management skills for overseeing business development initiatives.
