This role will support our global employee population with high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Maintain and audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours across time zones.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS system.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws and HR technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
