Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing consultation and recommendations to internal clients on employee communication best practices.

  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate communication practices and principles.
  • Experience in human resources or internal communications is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
