About the Role

This full-time, permanent position involves providing excellent customer service to clients across various industries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in using technology to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in any field (High School/College Graduate)
  • No prior BPO experience required
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Flexible shift system (8 hours/day)

Working Arrangements

This role is located at our SM Clark site, which offers easy access to public transportation and amenities. The working arrangements include:

  • 8 hour shift

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of PHP 20,000 - PHP 25,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as HMO, Paid Training, Paid Leave, and Free Coaching.
